**Truck Driver (Pre/Post Show)**

Transport equipment and materials to and from the venue.

Must own a truck capable of towing a generator.

Ensure timely and safe delivery of all items.
**Load In/Setup (Pre Show)**

Help with unloading equipment and materials before the event.

Assist in setting up stages, and other structures.

Ensure all setups are completed according to the schedule.
**Set Dec (Pre Show)**

Assist in decorating and setting up venues before the event.

Ensure all decorations meet safety standards.

Collaborate with the design team to achieve the desired aesthetic.
**Stage Hands**

Assist with the setup and breakdown of stage equipment.

Manage on-stage equipment during performances.

Ensure the stage area is safe and organized.​
**Coat Check**

Manage the collection and return of attendees' personal items.

Ensure items are stored securely and efficiently retrieved.
**Receptionist**

Greet and assist event attendees at the entrance.

Validate tickets and provide schedules and maps.

Answer general inquiries and coordinate lost and found items.
**Harm Reduction**

Provide information and resources on health and safety.

Assist attendees in distress and direct them to medical services if needed.

Promote safe practices among event-goers.
**Bartender**

Serve beverages to attendees in compliance with legal regulations.

Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness of the bar area.

Verify attendee age for alcohol consumption.
**Green Team**

Promote recycling and waste reduction initiatives.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness across the event grounds.

Educate attendees on environmental sustainability practices.
**Merch Booth**

Sell Altitude Music Society & affiliates merchandise to attendees.

Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.

Keep the merchandise area organized and stocked.
**Load Out/Tear Down (Post Show)**

Assist in dismantling and packing up equipment after the event.

Ensure all materials are properly stored or disposed of.

Help restore the venue to its original condition.
**Floater**

Provide support across various departments as needed.

Fill in for absent volunteers or assist during peak times.

Adapt to different roles to ensure smooth event operations.
These roles are essential to the successful operation of an Altitude Music event, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Roles may be merged as management sees fit.
